The Dynastar Legend 84 skis with Konnect bindings make a perfect pairing for all-mountain skiing. Made with intermediate and advanced skiers in mind, the Legend 84 is a fun, adventure-oriented ski with a fairly high-performance ceiling. There’s a lot to like about this system, as the waist is perfect for blending on and off-trail performance. There’s a lot of skiers out there who think they need a wide ski for a daily driver, but we don’t think that’s the case. At 84 mm underfoot, you’re pretty much covering 90% of the days out there on snow just like that. How often are you skiing super-deep snow, and if you are, then the 84 still has a lot of fun in store for you. Built with a wood core and fiberglass laminates, the Legend 84 is snappy, quick, and nimble, but when you get it up to speed, it stays poised and calm. Dynastar’s Powerdrive technology is mostly the cause of this stability, as it allows for a lot of energy to be absorbed by the thicker/wider sidewalls. By replacing the wood at the edge with more and burlier sidewall ABS material, the skis become smooth and supple for all conditions, terrain, and speed. Skiers will love the natural overall feel of the skis, and they’ll help almost any level skier improve regardless of current ability, be it beginner or expert. These skis have a huge range of performance and ability and will satisfy the most demanding and the most eager of skiers.
